- Physical features: built, shape, age/ weight/ height
- Gender
- Fashion/ Hair/ Style
- Special features: tattoos/ earring, scars/ birthmarks, handicapped

Behaviour (action thru verbs):
- Actions tells us about a person’s temperament/ nature – attitude

Background:
- Education
- Wealth
- Clubs/ membership
- Class/ status
- Religion/ culture

Relationships (attitude):
- Family/ siblings/ in-laws/ legitimate?
- Partners (husband and wife/ BG relationship)
- Friends/ colleagues
- Strangers

Words and thoughts (dialogue + tone = sarcastic/ diplomatic/ truthful):
What is said = what is thought = sincere/ truthful [sometimes too quick]
What is said IS NOT what is thought [hypocrite/ cunning/ manipulative, diplomatic/ polite]
